  We came in tonight around 8:30 PM for some sliders and fries. The service was great, food was too, friendly staff, but this was the second time we've encountered someone begging for money or trying to sell me a watch, baseball cards, clothes, or even DVDs.
  
  Tonight, some homeless dude in a black wife beater sat right next to us the entire time, and he kept pulling crap out of bag to sell. Come on, we were trying to eat.
  
  Did wife beater dude make a purchase? Nope.
  
  Look it, I'm Deaf, but my son isn't, and he kept telling him that we weren't interested. Things started to get heated, and I didn't feel like getting stabbed, so we left.
  
  Lol, no wonder they installed a keypad on their restrooms. At least they had the balls to do that, the next thing I'd suggest, is to keep a lookout for beggars, bums and moochers. No purchase, no stay!
  
  Here is a tip for everyone- Order Take Out!

  The service at this location is definitely hit or miss. I've come to frequent this location because I like the Impossible Burger and Onion Rings. Expect long wait times no matter what time of day you come or even if you've ordered online.
  
  I've ordered inside, drive-thru, and online and had received incorrect items at times. Also, the drive-thru attendant fails to give receipts. I often have to remind him.

  The wait time here is CRAZY ridiculous. I literally sat in the drive thru (one car behind the speaker) for 15 minutes solid. It's incredible how long it takes them to fulfill orders for (what we all know are) frozen, thrown on the grill, not real food tiny burgers.
  It really shouldn't take that long.
  They're super simple.
  The food is exactly what you want it to be (not great, but good in a pinch). I mean, it's fast food. And some of the worst fast food at that.
  It just seems like they seriously don't train their staff to know like... anything. I can't blame the staff because once I get to the window it seems like they're really struggling... but when the car in front of me has been in line too... how hard was their order really? They handed them one bag.
  Get real.

  In the past two months i have tried to eat here, one of my favorite places, on three separate occasions.  All three times were in the drive thru. I have left all three times without ordering due to enormous wait times. On one of these craving occasions,  i sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes without getting a chance to order! I have been a slider fan my entire life, but i will never again visit this establishment. White Castle,  three strikes and you are out!!!

  Went tonight because I needed something sweet. I ordered a Big Red beverage, fudge dipped brownie, and a fudge dipped cheesecake. It was perfect to satisfy my sweet craving. Additionally the customer service was good as well. The gal at the window was able to get my audible order when I wanted to add in the desserts and she consistently filled up the large cup to make sure it was topped off with the beverage. Outstanding!
